Drop off begins each day at 8:30 a.m for all camps, and camp begins promptly at 9:00 a.m. We offer staggered dismissal times:
- 2:30 p.m. Drama Juniors and Inventors & Explorers Camp
- 3:00 p.m. STEAM Camp and Drama Camp
- 3:15 p.m. Sports Clinic
- 3:30 p.m. Musical Theater and Advanced Musical Theater Camps
For maximum efficiency, we ask you to be punctual at arrival and dismissal times. Drop-off and pick-up will happen just outside the entrance, and no parents/caregivers will be allowed inside the buildings due to health and safety restrictions.
Comfortable play clothes suitable for movement and sports are required. Shorts, pants, and t-shirts are suggested. Campers should bring a sweatshirt to camp every day, as our rooms are air-conditioned. For children in Drama Juniors and Inventors & Explorers Camp, please pack a change of clothing, labeled with your child’s name, to keep at camp.
Sneakers are required for camp. Campers participate in many sports and movement activities. If your child chooses to wear sandals to camp, a pair of sneakers must also be brought in for sports and dance activities.
A cloth face covering (of at least two layers) or surgical face mask that covers the nose and mouth is required. Masks with exhalation valves, bandanas, and neck gaiters are prohibited. Face shields are not adequate without a nose/mouth covering as well.
Campers are required to bring in their own lunch and a drink every day. Refrigeration is provided at camp. Please pack lunches in paper bags or lunch coolers and put the child’s name on each bag. Marymount Summer Camp is a “nut sensitive” environment. As we have several campers with food allergies, no peanut or tree nut products are allowed at camp. The camp will provide a healthy morning and afternoon snack every day.
Campers participate in outdoor activities every day. Please put sunscreen on your child every morning before camp. Please also pack additional sunscreen with your child’s belongings for re-application during the day.
Camp will not be in session on July 5 in observance of Independence Day.
